La Mancha center proposal faces San Marino opposition
About 75 residents attended the December 3 planning commission hearing at the San Marino Public Library to protest La Mancha Development Company's six store center planned for Huntington Drive and Winston Avenue. Chairman James Hutter said the plan appeared too intensive for the site and favored a smaller development or office building. The matter was continued to January 28 with La Mancha to submit an amended application by January 15.
