San Clemente City Council meets at 6 p.m. to hear Eddie Ghaseemi's appeal to keep a 75 foot Valero pole sign and to adopt a $119 million budget with reduced Downtown Business Association support, added part time sheriffs investigators, and defunded civilian police positions. Water and sewer rates are set to rise with August fee adoption. Public invited at City Hall.
