Jump Rope Fundraiser Honors Toddler Amid Heart Fight
St Michael's Christian Academy in San Clemente held a jump rope contest to raise funds for the American Heart Association in memory of Michael House an 18 month old heart patient who died last weekend while awaiting a heart transplant He was the son of an alumnus and his aunt an eighth grader at the school spoke about the impact of the money for other kids like Michael. The event was planned before his death and carried significance for students and staff.
