Shooting Victim in Fair Condition After Quarrel
Donald Owens 20, of 524 Gabriel, was shot in the chest and left hand in a dispute with a man about 10:30 p m Monday at an apartment in the 200 block of Iraildridge. He was in fair condition at Bexar County Hospital as police seek a 29 year old suspect. In Van Alstyne Leslie Lowe 18 of McKinney died when his pickup overturned on Farm Road 121 Monday night.

Death by Own Action Verdict In Youth Shooting
A verdict of death by own action was returned in the shooting of 18 year old Joe Frank Reyes who reportedly placed a loaded gun to his head and fired it in front of his home in Schoenersville Pennsylvania. He died at Santa Rosa Medical Center after being pronounced dead on arrival. Witnesses, including several youths, described the incident as Reyes believed he was handling a toy gun. Dr. Wallace E Moore Jr deputy county medical examiner announced the ruling.

Dope Suspect Bound Over After Narcotics Hearing
Alfonso Juan Sepulveda Jr., 24, of 773 Broadway, bound over to a federal grand jury after an examining trial before U S Magistrate Frank Bashin.
