City Water Board to Issue Small July Refunds
Robert Van Dyke, general manager of the City Water Board, told the City Council that a June 2 rate hike exceeded the 10 percent cap and the council on Thursday rolled the schedules back to the original 10 percent. Refunds will appear on July bills.

Gonzalez Center Expansion Approved in San Antonio Plans
San Antonio City Council named the convention center for U.S. Rep. Henry Gonzalez and approved expanding the arena by 6,000 seats at an estimated cost of 3.6 million dollars.
