At a Parks and Wildlife hearing in Austin, hikers bicyclists and horse enthusiasts opposed by landowners debated a proposed Comfort to Lean Springs rail line trail. Support came from conservation groups hikers and scouts while landowners warned of property damage and misuse. Commission vote set for next week with questions about access permits and cattle crossings.
