Huntsville December 27 Governor Miriam A Fergubon granted reprieve to Paul Mitchell 24 of Lubbock who faced electrocution for the alleged robbery killing of Robert Tharp. City detective Lee Williamson filed a burglary complaint against 21 year old Ralph Tohnr of 118 Seventh Street in Justice of the Peace John R. Shouk's court. The charge states he was captured on the fourth floor of the Lady of the Leake college after breaking in a window on Christmas Day.
