Graveside services are set for 5 30 p m Monday for Jamie Hamilton Dewar 16 son of a San Antonio investment banker at Sunset Memorial Park 10 Tronwood Dewar died Sunday when the 1931 auto he drove overturned near Laredo on U S Highway 81 also in the car was Marshall Pogue 16 son of Mrs Ann Pogue who was uninjured They were en route to visit Dewar's friends in Laredo The crash occurred as both checked a gas gauge and approached a curve Dewar's body was thrown from the vehicle Pogue witnessed the curve and the car left the road Dewar attended Laurenceville School New Jersey and was a junior in high school Pogue is a junior at Alamo Heights High School Rev Louis L Goodrich will officiate and arrangements are by Porter-Loring Funeral Home

Fourth Army civilian chief shifted to Far East post
J P Bohart, Fourth Army civilian personnel director since March 1953, will depart Tuesday for a new assignment in Tokyo. He is named civilian personnel director for army forces in the Far East and received a certificate of achievement signed by Maj Gen Sam T Williams. Bohart is a University of Oklahoma graduate who entered federal service in 1942 and later served in Washington and Hawaii before joining Fourth Army. His wife and four children will accompany him.
