Saline water main easement condemnation in Ann Arbor court
In 1963 City of Saline files a petition to acquire by eminent domain an easement for a water main in Lodi Township Washte naw County Michigan. The centerline runs 20 feet wide along a 100 foot corridor described by detailed survey points. The case lists Elton C Bredernitz and Shirley M Bredernitz as respondents in File No. 429 before Judge William F Ager Jr.

Legal Notice: Easement Case Bredernitz Move to Hear Oct 21
An order directs Elton C. Bredernitz and Shirley M. Bredernitz and all interested parties to appear before the Washtenaw County Court in Ann Arbor Michigan on October 21 1963 at 12 00 Noon to show cause why the petition prayer should not be granted. A true copy of this order and petition must be published weekly for three weeks in the Saline Reporter and served on residents within the county at least six days before the hearing as required by statute.
