The plan proposed 260 units in the north Saline area with a density comparison to a revised plan excluding 10 acres zoned R-2. The application was tabled after Commissioner Anderson urged submitting a plan for total Woodlands acreage minus the 10 acres, to study density against potential R-1A single family development.
