FFA Banquet Honors Multiple Awards at Local High School
The annual Future Farmers of America banquet drew 110 students and parents as James Burmeister earned the Chapter Star Farmer and a scholarship award. Wesley Gall and Gary Marion received top recognitions. Richard Schneider and Stanley Lambarth were elected officers alongside other awardees. Six teams from Saline will compete at the state FFA judging contest at Michigan State University.

Robison Wins Florida Trip For Top Farm Bureau Sales
D Duane Robison of Washtenaw County earns Farm Bureau Insurance Group All American honors and will receive an all expense paid trip to Miami Beach and Jamaica with his wife. Carlson helped build an early airplane at Cicero Field Chicago born Morris Illinois. Surviving daughters Lois and Mrs Harrison Lockaby four grandchildren. Graveside service 10 30 am Thursday at Oakwood Cemetery Saline.

The Michigan Federation of Young Republicans held its biannual convention in Grand Rapids on April 1921.
