Pamela Landi, crossing Whitlock to enter J C Family Foods, was struck by Marion Mahnke. Landi cited for failing to yield. A June 6 high speed chase ended in 14th District Court with a 17 year old pleading guilty to fleeing an officer and facing possible penalties.
