Police Report Highlights Several Local Incidents
Police logged a series of minor injuries theft and property damage from June 9 to June 20. Cases include a motorcycle collision on S Ann Arbor St injuring Duane Murry and Walter Wojtysiak, a garden hose theft from Dennis Lee Kelly, vandalism at Saline High School causing a damaged light pole, a hit and run in A and P parking lot, dog bite injuries to Joseph Craigmile HI and Thomas Dean Geer, and a case dispersion to the Sheriff’s office.

Saline Area Schools plan court action against Guido A. Binda Associates to recover $65,000 paid to Eugenio Company after a binding arbitration finding the painting subcontractor justified. The arbiter ruled Eugenio’s claims well founded because of incomplete specs from Binda.

Field Day Produces Stars At Saline High School Track
The Junior Track and Field Meet on June 3 at Saline High drew 75 plus athletes aged 8 to 13. Winners spanned many events with Brad Cullin dominating eight-year-old sprints and long jump, Brian Lett the eight-year-old high jump, and Pris Drew sweeping nine-year-old girls events.
