Saline Library Starts Summer Reading Club With Space Theme
The Saline Public Library launched its summer program on June 15 for grade schoolers. The Summer Reading Club, Lost in Space, encourages kids to read at least 10 books to color steps toward Earth, with registration including Growing Up With Books and a space ship lapel button. Saline volunteers plan to staff the Red Cross Blood Bank clinic at the Ford plant on June 30 from 9 to 3 and July 1 from 1 to 7.
