Phillips Return From Colorado Vacation Visit
Mr and Mrs Lyle Phillips returned home Thursday night after a 12 day vacation in Colorado Springs visiting the Ross Schlimmers. Accompanying them were their daughter and two grandchildren Mrs Robert Mallory and Mary Ann and Martin of Blissfield. They toured Pike's Peak Garden of the Gods Royal Gorge Cripple Creek and the Victor gold mine.

Dr John Larder of Saline Ann Arbor Road mourns the death of his father Dr William J. Larder 88 of Port Chester New York after a long career in dentistry. He graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1903 and practiced over six decades retiring in 1963. He died July 28 with services July 26 at St Pauls Evangelical Lutheran Church Port Chester Cremation followed Memorial contributions go to U M School of Dentistry Alumni Fund Surviving: wife Marie S Larder another son William Jesse Larder and one grandson.

Remelhardt Services Held In Manchester
Funeral services were held in Manchester for Herman F. Remelhardt 66 who died Thursday of a heart attack. The Rev O William Cooper officiated and burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery. He was born February 2 1902 in Sharon Township to George and Barbara Rehfuss Romelhardt married Marie Kleinschmidt April 11 1922 who survives. He worked 45 years at Hutzel Plumbing and Heating Co in Ann Arbor retiring in 1966. He belonged to Plumbers and Steam Fitters Local 190 and the German Park Recreation Group. Survivors include wife son William Saline daughter Ruth Blanchard Manchester six grandchildren one brother Walter Jackson three sisters Clara Wellhoff Emma Herman Sharon Township Ina Dunny Phoenix AZ plus nieces and nephews.
