Saline Blood Bank Seeks Donors Amid Shortage
The Saline Area Blood Bank faces a critical shortage, with only 37 pints on hand yet a yearly need of 60 to 70 pints. A Red Cross Bloodmobile visit is planned for Saline next Wednesday January 15 from 2 to 5 PM and 6 to 8 PM at the junior high school to collect, process, and store donations for the Saline bank.

Tee Rink Hours Announced
Ardent ice skaters are reminded that the rink on Henne Field is lighted and open with supervision. The warming shed is available only at set hours four to eight on weekdays four to ten Friday four to ten Saturday and ten to eight Sunday. The rink operates under the city recreation commission with no admission charge. Robert Russell heads the winter sports committee. c-C to meet the Chamber of Commerce will meet at 8 am Tuesday at the Savings Bank community room.
