Fire Damages Saline House Near Recreation Center
The Lawrence Partzewski home at 2291 Milkey Rd near the Teamsters Recreation Center was badly damaged by smoke and water late Saturday. Saline firefighters arrived at 11:30 p.m. and stayed until 2:30 a.m. The family awakened by smoke fled. Mr. and Mrs. Partzewski were treated for inhalation while their 4-year-old son David had minor cuts. The cause is unknown. it is the third blaze at Saline Valley Farms in two years.
