Finkbeiner Family Picnic Preserves Old Traditions in Michigan
About 125 relatives gathered on the Finkbeiner farm lawn to share a meal and recall history. A brass-bound chest once carried Sebastien Finkbeiner’s goods from Germany in the 1870s was displayed alongside mementos. Eldest and youngest family members were honored. officers for the 1974 reunion were chosen.
