New Michigan Amendments To Be Voted On In November
Three proposed constitutional amendments will appear on the November 6 general election ballot in Michigan. The first would refine representation in the House by district lines and county divisions. the second adds Section 5 to Article ANT to expand eminent domain powers for boulevards streets and alleys with adjacent land and bond provisions. the third would adjust legislative pay to a three dollar per diem rate with mileage and access to official documents.
