No Cheat Log Marks Mormon Pioneer Ivins Grave
A beaded buckskin jacket bearing the inscription No Cheat honors Tony Ivins a Mormon pioneer and one of the 12 apostles. Ivins requested a petrified log as his grave marker and permission allowed removal from land near the Petrified Forest boundary. The six to seven ton log was moved to Salt Lake City to mark Ivins memory.
