The Victory Stichers 4 H Club held an organizational meeting at leader Dorothy Kohler’s home on Oct 28. Officers include President Lois Luckhardt, Secretary Wilma Hertler, Vice President Katherine Kuebler, News Reporter and Treasurer Linda Klein, Assistant Leader Alice Klein, with Dolores Hertler as a member. The group will meet twice a month at members’ homes and invites new members to join.
A meeting of milk producers in Saline is set for Tuesday November 16 at City Hall to discuss a proposed subsidy of 30 cents per hundredweight for milk over three months. The session runs 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
