Portage Trails Sends Three Delegates To National Scout Council
Portage Trails Council BSA will send Ira Smith Ann Arbor Hermann Keller Ypsilanti and Paul Uber Howell as delegates to the 42nd National Council meeting in New York on May 23 24 Sessions take place at the Waldorf Astoria with over 1500 delegates and 541 local councils. The program features leaders such as Carlos Romulo Robert Montgomery Admiral Alan Kirk John Schiff and Warren G. Smith among others and includes the Scout O Rama at Madison Square Garden Saturday night with three shows.
