A county wide Tractor 4 H Plowing Contest will be held at the Nelson Fox Farm on Saturday May 9 at 1 00 pm Sixteen contestants will compete after winning their club contests The site is about three miles east of Manchester on the Clinton Manchester Road near M 11 The event is a key part of the 4 H Tractor Maintenance project and typically draws a large crowd Contestants will be judged on tractor handling straight furrows depth uniformity trash coverage and turn of furrow.
