Washtenaw Court Hears Suit On Michigan Land
In Washtenaw County Michigan Circuit Court Evelyn Van Duzér sues John J McCullough and others in a chancery proceeding. The suit seeks court action to compel appearance of defendants with unknown addresses and describes property in Ypsilanti including lots in Cross and Bagley addition and College Heights subdivision. A later probate notice lists estate actions for Fred C Ernst with claim deadlines in May 1947.
