Home Training Key To Curb Juvenile Delinquency
W H Vanden Belt Lincoln schools superintendent urged strong home training at a Father and Son banquet in the Methodist church. He told of a boy who learned no conscience from home, stole petty items, rode with friends to a ball game, and died after a car theft chase, linking future conduct to parental influence. The program included a male quartet, toastmaster Harry Holmes, and remarks urging more mothers and interested adults to attend bi monthly meetings.
