Plans To Improve Spring Creek In Washtenaw County

President Donal Haines of the Washtenaw County Conservation Association outlines a trout stream project for Spring Creek. Only a quarter mile will be worked this summer, funded by donations of old plank, stone, wire and labor, with a map being drafted and future work to be announced in The Observer.
