The Federated Church announces 9:45 A M church school with classes for all ages, 11:00 A M worship themed Such As I Have, special choir music, and nursery. Planned events include 2:30 P M church council, 6:30 P M Young People, a Tuesday family picnic, Ladies Aid Wednesday, and choir rehearsals Thursday with a Bethel Church visit.

The Ladies Aid Society of Federated Church will meet Wednesday June 13 at Mrs. Leonard Spicer’s home in Milan Md. The social committee includes Mrs. Hugh Austin Mrs. Lewis Ernst and Mrs. Daniel Hall. Missionary sewing starts 1 30 pm and the business program begins 2 30 pm led by Mrs. Reuben Rogers. The Presbyterian Missionary report and quarterly offering will be presented.
H W Ray pastor leads Sunday School at 9 30 and Divine Worship at 10 30 with sermon Victory Through Christ Choir rehearsal is Thursday evening at the church highlighting the weekly schedule for the congregation.
Funeral services were held in Kalamazoo for Harper C Maybee professor emeritus and former head of Central's music department from 1900 to 1913. He taught at Ypsilanti and Saline high schools, earned degrees at Western Michigan University Michigan State and the University of Michigan, and was honored by a Western music building. Survived by wife and four sons including Dr Rolland H Maghbee.
