Junior Farm Bureau Buys 13500 In Bonds
The Michigan Junior Farm Bureau purchased 13500 in series F war bonds at a Lansing meeting one of the first purchases in the fourth war loan campaign. Bond proceeds were earned by about 2000 members through scrap drives and community service. The fund will support agricultural leadership work after the war and be administered by a trustees committee including Roland Young and Richard Nelson among others.
