Professor E W Waugh of The Normal College spoke to the Rotary Club last Thursday on the European political arena focusing on Germany and the Hitler regime. He noted Hitler’s power to reach objectives without war, cited Austrian and Sudetenland annexations, and warned of persecution and loss of personal liberty under Nazi rule.
