Mrs Harriet Ida Chandler Dies After Long Illness
Mrs Harriet Ida Chandler died Monday morning February 20 1932 at 8 o clock at her Neen Avenue home after a stroke and paralysis and a winter decline. Born May 9 1852 as Valentine she married William H Donaldson in Saline then Dr Chandler in 1903 and spent life in church service. She was a choir member and officer of the Ladies Missionary and Aid societies and a church trustee. Her devotion to the church and community was noted as her life’s work and her memory.
