State of Michigan Probate Court Approves Dividend Escheat
In Washtenaw County Chancery court on January 6 1947 Judge James R Breakey Jr orders approval of the report on availability of dividends and escheat of uncalled for sums in the Depositors Liquidation Corporation case against Saline Savings Bank and others. The order directs that beneficiaries may claim within 60 days at Saline Savings Bank, after which funds are escheated to the Michigan State Board of Escheats. publication in The Saline Observer is required.
