In the Matter of the Estate of Johanna Hertler Deceased a probate session on February 9 1953 under Judge Jay H Payne requires all creditors to file written sworn claims with the court and serve copies on fiduciary Leland E Dicks of Saline Michigan. Claims will be heard March 20 1953 at 2 60 PM at the Probate Office with publication for three weeks in the Saline Observer and service by registered mail or personal service within required deadlines.
