Saline Michigan Charter Adopted by Commission
The Saline Charter Commission approves a proposed city charter for Saline Washtenaw County Michigan setting government structure powers elections and administration duties including a five member council mayor and appointive officers with fiscal rules budgets taxation and initiative provisions. The charter is sent to Governor Wilber M. Brucker for approval with nine ayes and no nays.
