In Washtenaw Circuit Court Mabel M Fuller et al sued Eveline Hendrick Peter Hendrick John M Fisher William Cotton Robert C Ross and others to quiet title to land in Ypsilanti Michigan known as C S Dudleys Subdivision numbers ten and eleven in the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of section three. The order requires any defendant to appear within three months or face default after two weeks of statutory publication in The Saline Observer dated November 16-30 and December 7-28 1939. Attorney Lee N Brown represents the plaintiffs.
