Edward A Clark Loses Watch Stock in Saline Heist

Edward A Clark’s safe at H B Ormsby’s barber shop was robbed last Wednesday morning. About $250 in new watches and $15 in cash vanished while Clark was away on insurance business. Suspect Fairbanks, a 4 month employee, fled in a Briscoe Fordster with unknown address. police expect capture as details emerge.

Parent Teachers Meeting Promises Rural School Entertainment

Death of Way Stierle in accidental team mishap

Way Stierle, 32, an employee of Marken, died instantly last Wednesday evening around 6 00 when his team started on Lewis Street. Eyewitnesses saw the team without a load or driver roll to Saline Gap where they were stopped. Investigation placed the body beside the wagon.
