Washtenaw County to Launch Industry X-Ray Program
The Washtenaw County Health Department will start a mass chest X-ray program in January for industries with over 50 employees. About 35 industries, employing 8,000 to 10,000 workers, are asked to participate. The effort, part of the Southeastern Michigan detection program, follows last year’s 8,590 films and targets those who have not had a chest X-ray in the past year.
