New Manchurian songbirds to be released in Oregon
Mrs. Fred D. Fisher, wife of the American consul at Niu-Chwang Manchuria, returned to America with her husband and brought back 15 of the birds to be kept through winter and released next spring. Eye injury ends in surgical removal at Portland hospital

Robbers strike North Bank Pharmacy and adjacent jewelry store
