H W Cotrell, president of the Western Oregon Conference, will chair the Portland area delegation and oversee representation from cities including Portland, Astoria, Salem, St Johns, Silverton, and Hood River.

All seamen with experience who do not care to take the officer's course are appealed to for the manning of the vessels under construction. C. D. Rapidly growing St Johns Council No 776 knights lodge has expanded from 48 to 126 members in three weeks. A larger fraternal hall may be built in St John as the lodge continues to attract new members. March events include a Reds vs Blues contest on March 18 and a high social on March 24 with regular business meeting the following Monday.
Y M C A opens Wednesday evening March 16 at City Hall rooms with a short program and public welcome. All M W A members urged to attend next meeting Thursday March 21 with refreshments. A demonstration of Tuberculosis Sanitarium work and a Portsmout Theatre event on March 22 features speaker I. G. Tate and a Victor records showcase.
