May Lease the Dock Prospects for leasing the city dock
Representatives of the Wheat Growers Union visited St. Jotine to discuss leasing the dock with the mayor. The group, about 200 farmers strong, favors direct buying to cut middlemen profits and wants storage at tidewater.
