Disturbance Suspect Segevney Faces Jail After Monday Incident
David Sevegney of Whitwood Court allegedly caused a drunken disturbance on Monday night breaking a sewing machine and burning a trunk contents as well as clothes and a cord of wood. He appeared before Judge Williams along with Constable Swisher and Marshal Treiber. a suspended six month sentence was reactivated for current offenses. A prior vagrancy sentence was enacted with added misdemeanor threat.
