An ordinance authorizes the Oregon Washington Railroad and Navigation Company to lay a sidetrack on the north side of Bradford Street in St Johns, between the mainline and Bradford Street, to extend to Peninsula Iron Works. It fixes a 25 year franchise with annual city payments and requires street repairs and assessments. The company must file a written acceptance within 30 days.
