NAHB Consumer Affairs chief to speak at builders dinner
Pat McKinney of Washington DC, head of consumer affairs for the National Association of Home Builders, will discuss a proposed national home insurance warranty program at the Builders Association dinner at LeChateau Restaurant. The plan insures new homes for six years, covering builder default, first year defects, and second year systems issues. Reservations to the dinner cost $8 with a cash bar and cocktail hour at 6 PM.
