Plans Set for Corporate Park and Two-Family Dwellings

Charles County authorities discuss rezoning bids for a multi-use corporate park by FEC Development Corp of St. Louis, featuring a swim complex, fields, and picnic areas, plus a Brockner Estates plan for two-family three bedroom homes. Other requests include light industrial sites at Muster Elm Point and Highway 7, and a storage yard project. The county planning and zoning commission opposed two industrial rezone proposals and will refer the rest to the county court for review.
