Kerr Farm Split Sold to Luetkenhaus Brothers
Part of the Kerr farm in Fortstell area passes to Ray and Everett Luetkenhaus and wives. The north tract of 100 417 acres was sold as farming land amid legacy ownership tracing to John William Bowman from 1840. Kerr brothers Donald and Albert Kerr long farmed the land and will keep the south side and residence nearby.
