Oceanography theme highlights Francis Howell Science Fair
Francis Howell High School held a science fair with over 500 exhibits in the Weldon Ring cafe teria building last weekend. The Oceanography theme prevailed as the Science Club and instructor Gerald Kropp sponsored the event. Robin McGregor received high commendation for organizing the arrangements.

Friends and Neighbors notes highlight Dave Radcliff son of Mr and Mrs William Radcliff 110 Francis Court winning top honors in the biological senior division for Photomicrography of Protozoans with Best in the Fair. An Outstanding exhibit Decomposing Action by Soil Microbes won a purple award.

Ninth grade Kenn Terbrock honored in a special division for his work. Karen Hamrick led the physical division with The Thyroid as best exhibit, a manometer measuring rat oxygen use. Joyce Tillotson earned purple for Rust, while Diane White earned honorable mention for Experimental with Leavenings.
