Ex-convict linked to double slaying held for extradition
A 23-year-old Evansville man, identified as William Lewis Herron, is in custody on murder warrants tied to the November 30 double slaying of Sheriff’s Lt. Albert Musterman and Robert Bussen near the Highway 94 overpass. Herron’s arrest followed a concealed weapon report linked to a composite photo of Paul Clark. Local authorities plan to seek extradition once papers are approved.
