Another View of Stairway Connects Civic Center to Mall
Front view shows the Civic Center Connector stairway planned to link Civic Center Plaza and parking garage with the downtown mall. Construction begins after the mall is finished with Washington Street traffic shut off. Features include a fountain a 25 square foot deck shelter and storage facilities. The proposed Community Development budget includes 135 240 for connector construction per a public hearing Tuesday.
