One Person Hurt In City Wreck On Monday

One person injured in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Arizona and South Ha Tech campus. Cecil B Chaudoir suffered a bruised arm and shock and was taken to Ruston hospital after John J Long’s car, traveling west on Arizona, collided with Paul Bernard’s northbound vehicle at a stop sign and struck a parked car owned by Charles Richard Fernandez before stopping against a utility pole. In a separate Farmerville highway wreck, Dee Ann Mount and Ronald Holloway were injured as Wright’s southbound car and Holloway’s northbound vehicle collided near East Georgia, with Mount later held for examination.

Louisiana Wildlife Commission Holds Monroe Meeting

The Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Commission will meet in Monroe at the Virginia Hotel at 9 a.m. to discuss state programs. L. D. FFA FHA Booths Shine at Jackson Parish Fair

Quitman high school clubs entered booths at the Jackson Parish Fair with themes on safety and conservation.
