Lincoln Parish Board funds multiple school events and meetings
On Thursday October 11 1936 the Lincoln Parish School Board discussed submitting matters to the Agent for possible participation in the school board inquiry and approved paying expenses for national teachers meetings in St Louis and for principals to attend the October Conference. The board also authorized sending a letter to motor bus drivers about a meeting October 25 and 26 and discussed property transactions with Vienna Baptist Church and Vienna properties. Additionally notices covered sheriff sales of vehicles and equipment in Lincoln Parish with court actions and auctions scheduled for October 20 27 1956.
