Louisiana Tech publishes annual accounting conference proceedings

A deer tied up traffic in Pittsfield Massachusetts when a motorist, after edging forward, stopped, retrieved the animal and escorted it to the station. Police reported the incident as a minor disturbance and noted the deer appeared unharmed.
